The rma-hotels.de online reservation database for hotel reservations is administrated by Coverflex Software GmbH. The website contains more than 40,000 pages and since its conception in the mid-Nineties has become one of the leading platforms in the region. For over 25 years now, rma.de rhein-main aktuell has published the leading bilingual arts and information magazine in the Rhein-Main area.The rma.de online reservation database for hotel reservations is administrated by rma.de rhein-main aktuell multimedia GmbH. Hotel categories and hotel information:
Hotel classification is determined according to the respective guidelines of each nation's Hotel and Restaurant Association. Some hotels have their own classification and as operators of the booking engine, we also evaluate the reviews provided by hotel guests.
Booking:
All hotel reservations are made in the name of the respective hotel and invoiced to you under this name. All personal data is encrypted with state of the art technology and transmitted electronically. Data is disclosed to third parties solely for the completion of booking. Data is not made available for other purposes. Upon completion of your booking, you will automatically receive a binding reservation confirmation via email. This confirmation is to be presented at the hotel when you arrive.
Payment:
Some of our German hotels require an advance payment of 10% - 11% of the total booking value, which the hotel will of course figure into the total payment. All personal data is encrypted and transmitted by means of secure, state of the art technology and is not disclosed to third parties. Upon completion of your booking, you will automatically receive a binding reservation confirmation via email. This confirmation is to be presented at the hotel when you arrive. All hotels require your credit card information to confirm booking.
Reservation:
The hotel you have chosen lists extensively all details on the various types of room and their standard of comfort together with any supplementary services. Our database takes into account any special prices such as during exhibitions or special weekend breaks and will inform you of such prior to booking. Should there be no accommodation available at your chosen hotel, you will of course be offered alternatives.
Reservations over the New Year:
Hotels have widely varying procedures for canceling a room reservation when no trade fair is in session. Last year it became more and more the rule for cancellations to be free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, respectively until 6 PM the day before, if there is no trade fair in session. In some cases, your deposit will be retained as a service fee. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please phone the hotel directly or use the email address provided in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows may be subject to full payment and the sum will be charged to the credit card.

Complaints:
Complaints can only be accepted if we are immediately notified via email, telephone or in writing. You will then receive confirmation within 48 hours that the problem will be resolved to your satisfaction. Place of jurisdiction:Any reservations made via Internet with rma.de are subject to the company's General Terms & Conditions of Sale, and German law. Acknowledgement of this condition is a prerequisite to booking. The place of jurisdiction is Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, Germany.
